Congratulations to Jennifer Jones on her promotion to Assistant District Manger for the Tennessee North District!
Since joining AMP on March 5, 2019, Jennifer has been a shining light for her peers and has had a willingness to learn and get uncomfortable from the beginning. Jennifer has consistently been ranked in the top 10 digital reps in the company. In 2019, Jennifer had the highest sales month of her career hitting $34,565 in total revenue. In 2020 and 2021 Jennifer took home the Presidential Achievement Award with over $18,000 per month averages in total sales and has big goals to add 2022 to that list.
Jennifer averages over $7,750 per month in OPTIMA™ and over 70% DCP, which is great customer service, ensuring that her business owners never receive a bill. In 2022 Jennifer is currently ranked #10 in the company in digital sales and carries a large $2,136 in average order size. While Jennifer is very proud of her average order size, she is making sure to keep growing by focusing on growing her total accounts in a month.
Over the course of Jennifer’s time here she has surpassed goals in several markets such as Bowling Green KY, Glasgow KY, Russellville KY, and Portland TN. While Jennifer grew up in South Bend, IN her heart lies in the south in what she deems her hometown of Scottsville KY. This is why Jennifer has always been passionate about helping small business owners be found online in her area. One thing you will never see Jennifer shy away from is helping a home-based business owner or getting out on a Saturday if necessary to finish the month stronger.
Jennifer shares a few sentiments, in her own words, regarding this promotion, “I am excited to take on this new role as Digital ADM for our Tennessee North District. I’ve always taken great pride in helping my district grow with any new hire start days and training days. My goal with this new position is to not only help and guide our existing team but to help expand into new territories. I’d like to thank my DM Joy, as she has been my biggest cheerleader and the best mentor I could ever ask for. She took a chance on me years ago and saw in me what I did not see in myself. She has helped me grow in my career and in my personal life. When I look back at the woman I was when I started with AMP I don’t even recognize her anymore. I not only found a job, but I also found my career. I found a life full of friends and family. I honestly could not see myself being anywhere but here.”
Joy Cordle, Digital District Manager for North Tennessee Digital Market, shares her thoughts on Jennifer’s journey at AMP, “I am proud to be able to watch her grow into a position of respect and admiration by her peers. Jennifer is always offering encouragement and spreads positivity and guidance with a smile! She’s willing to tell her truth and struggles in order to help others to learn and grow from where they are currently, to what is possible. I enjoy Jennifer’s emotional storytelling of her path and appreciate the fact that she doesn’t hesitate to share. She’s always willing to learn something new and she also takes constructive criticism with grace and adapts accordingly. I’m personally very honored to have been able to work beside Jennifer and to get a first-hand view of her growth over the last 3 years. She’s a force of kindness, dedication, helpfulness, and most of all…. she’ll do it with a positive attitude and a smile.”
Jennifer is the mother of two great kids, Jaedyn who is 16 and plays on the high school varsity volleyball team, and Camden who is 9 and plays baseball. In her free time, Jennifer loves spending time watching her children play sports and she is the president of the volleyball booster club. When Jennifer’s not working and her kids are not busy with activities, they love to travel as a family. The top destination is always somewhere tropical, although they will go anywhere they can spend time together!
