Congratulations to Carena Bieschke on her promotion to Digital Inside Sales Business Development Team Lead!
Carena joined AMP in June 2021, after graduating from Northern Illinois University with a major in Digital Marketing and Professional Sales. Prior to AMP, Carena worked as an Inside Sales Representative and Recruiter where she assisted with commencement. She also worked locally for the Northern Star Media Street where she developed and implemented advertising strategies to drive substantial growth in the newspaper and the media on campus. With Carena’s past experience and degree in Digital Marketing, our excellent recruiting team knew that she would be an amazing addition to our growing Digital Inside Sales Team.
In the past year and half, Carena has grown into an incredible sales representative who has continued to break record after record. When Carena first started with AMP, she quickly sold her new business sales. Carena closed four new business sales in her second week as an Associate Account Manager. Once promoted to Account Manager, Carena made it a mission to earn Senior Account Manager. In August 2021, her hard work was rewarded and she was promoted to Senior Account Manager where she took on a larger account load, focused on new digital revenue and continued to increase her renewal percentages. Carena finished her biggest month of the year in 2021, closing $32,805 in total sales with a very strong renewal rate at 96.0% for 2+ year customers. Due to her quick start and hard work she was rewarded with #4 AMP 2021 Top rookie.
In 2022, Carena didn’t settle and continued to improve her total sales, NDR and renewal percentages month over month. Carena closed her biggest month of revenue with $82,132 in total sales in March. In June 2022, she continue to improve and closed 21 Optima NDR with $61,864 in total sales which earned her June Digital Inside Sales Rep of the month. Carena has put up record sales months but has also spend many hours training our new hires and continuing to develop future talent. It is a no brainer that Carena will excel in her new role due to her eagerness to learn, develop, train, enhance and support our products and DIS team. Carena is a natural born leader and we’re very excited to have her apart of our DIS leadership team.
In Carena free time she enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with her large extended family and friends and trying out new restaurants in the city! Carena recently moved downtown and is enjoying everything Chicago currently!
In Carena new role, she will assist Angelica Muriella and DIS Leadership team in the development, training and early onboarding of our AMP new hires.
