Stephanie Molitor Promoted to Inside Sales OPTIMA™ Support Specialist Manager

Congratulations to Stephanie Molitor on her promotion to Inside Sales OPTIMA Support Specialist Manager!

Stephanie joined American Marketing & Publishing in July of 2021, after graduating from DePaul University with a major in Business Management. Prior to joining our team, Stephanie worked as a Marketing Intern at Brite Bites where she planned and designed advertisements, participated in promoting brand awareness, and revamped marketing techniques. She also worked as a Marketing Assistant for a nonprofit, Hamilton Wings, were she assisted in the fundraising process to strategically strengthen donations. With Stephanie’s past experience and degree in Business Management, our excellent Recruiting team knew that she would be an amazing addition to our growing Digital Inside Sales team.

Over the past year and a half, Stephanie has grown into an incredible sales representative who has continued to persevere and take on more within the business. Stephanie started as an Associate Account Manager and later transitioned to an OPTIMA Account Manager Support Specialist. OPTIMA Account Manager Support Specialist is a very important role in the business as Stephanie was typically the first Account Manger to work with new customers to help foster and develop a relationship. Stephanie is detail oriented, organized, creative, and very easy to talk to! She excelled in this role due to her ability to connect with small business owners and explain our program in great detail. During Stephanie’s time as an OPTIMA Account Manager Support Specialist, she did an excellent job upselling and continuing to develop relationships with our OPTIMA customers. In December of 2021, Stephanie closed 30 individual NDR accounts and was promoted to an Account Executive. In her Account Executive role, she focused on new digital revenue and continued to increase our overall renewal percentages. In April of 2022, she was promoted to Senior Account Manager and continued to increase her renewal rate, took on a bigger account load, and became a part of our prestigious training and developing of the Digital Inside Sales team.

Stephanie finished her biggest month of the year in July of 2022, closing $48,628 in total sales with an average of $11,133 in total NDR sales. Stephanie also secured a very high overall renewal rate averaging 72% for first year customers and 82% for second year customers. Stephanie lead Digital Inside Sales in first year renewal rates in 2022. This was due to the amazing relationships, connections, and overall hard work that she put in assisting our OPTIMA customers to provide them with the best experience. Due to her overall success in 2022, Stephanie secured her first President’s Achievement Award and will be celebrating in April on the annual company trip!

In Stephanie’s new role she will be working on increasing our overall OPTIMA customer experience and working with our Account Manager Support Specialist team to help develop better practices to increase our overall retention and relationships. It is a no brainer that Stephanie will excel in her new role due to her personally knowing the position and truly understanding what it takes to grow an OPTIMA customer. Stephanie is looking forwarded to leading a team and helping increase our overall renewal rates!

In Stephanie’s free time she enjoys going to concerts, cooking, and playing cards games with her family, friends, and boyfriend. Stephanie lived in the city during college and enjoys trying new restaurants and new experiences.
