Congratulations to Kree Rogers-Littles on her promotion to Senior Hiring Manager!
Kree joined American Marketing & Publishing as a part of the Recruiting team in November of 2022. This transition came after an 8 year career at a cellphone repair company, where she had worked her way up the ladder to District Manager, taking care of several locations across Alabama. One of our first impressions of Kree when she joined the team, was actually when she had a problem with her laptop. After asking for permission from our Networks Operations Manager, Michael Swope, and with her skills and expertise gained from her previous job, Kree was able to take the laptop apart to get it fixed, and then put it back together! This small act was a strong testament to Kree’s problem solving abilities and go-getter mentality that has led her to even more success on the Recruiting team.
Kree has true grit running through her veins. She is her biggest self-motivator, and holds herself accountable to all of her goals. She is a student of the game and continues to improve every single week from feedback. Kree has brought in some of our stellar top rookies including: Brad Golden, Logan Hamlin, and Charley Gaines, to name a few. She also is great at making connections, as she is leading the entire Recruiting team in referrals since she started with us. Kree is also #1 on the team this year for the number of phone screens, and #2 for scheduled interviews. She knows to trust on the numbers, and she’s had a lot of success from that.
Kree resides in Huntsville, AL, and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her big extended family! This includes her husband, Kyle, daughter, Karsyn, and dog, Koda. In the summer months you can find her family renting boats to enjoy a day on the water. On Sunday’s you’ll find her helping out at church as a Pastor of Young Adults or using her beautiful voice in the choir. Kree and Kyle are on the hunt for a new home right now, and hoping to find their next place very soon!
Kree has done an incredible job helping our new Northwest Florida District Manager build a budding team. District Sales Manager, Mel Jackson, shared this about Kree, “She has a beautiful smile and it shines through the phone. All of my hires have so many positive things to say about Kree. One person in particular said she has a very bright spirit, and is great at making people feel comfortable during the interview process. She makes a great first impression for AMP!”
Kree has also assisted in growing our Tennessee/Alabama market exponentially. Digital District Manager, Christian Houston, said this when asked about working with Kree, “Kree has been the main bloodline to the success of the TN South District! She works so hard to find the most amazing candidates and they are pumped when they have a ride day scheduled I love her enthusiasm and she is always there to support us! I’m so excited to hear about her promotion and it’s well deserved.”
