Congratulations to Alivia Ranieri on her promotion to Inside Sales Assistant Manager!
In Alivia’s new role, she will build and lead an Inside Sales team from the ground up in our newly created district in Naperville, IL! Alivia is extremely hard-working, disciplined, and a team player. All great qualities of a true leader.
Alivia started her journey at American Marketing & Publishing in June of 2021 as an Associate Account Manager on our Schaumburg Digital Inside Sales team. One of the first things that Alivia told us when joining the team, was that she wanted to find a home and grow within a company. She has definitely done a lot of growing over the past two years! She joined our ranks after graduating with her degree in Business Administration from Augustana College. Not only was she a leader in academics, with tutoring on the side, but she was also an extremely competitive player on the varsity softball team! Alivia is an “all in” type of person and is always giving 110%. She is never one to settle, invests in herself, and always works to improve. Alivia sets specific goals, reaches them, and continues to raise the bar – the cycle of success! Alivia was promoted to Business Development Team Lead back in September of 2022. In that role, she worked alongside Angelica Muriella, Onboarding Sales Training Manager, to help develop individuals for our growing Inside Sales team. Alivia spends one week per month training others, while continuing to be one of the top sales representatives in Inside Sales.
Alivia had an amazing 2022! She was awarded the 2022 Inside Sales Rep of the Year and earned her first Presidential Achievement Award! This award was very well deserved and something she was working towards all year round. Every time we would send out the Ranking Report, Alivia would evaluate where she needed to put her focus and adjust her goals accordingly. She has always been determined to be #1. Last year, Alivia averaged $58,919 in monthly sales, and $8,206 in OPTIMA™ NDR.
Alivia is an individual that other sales reps feel comfortable coming to and asking questions. She provides constructive feedback and is extremely intentional with her one-on-one training time. Alivia leads by example and you will often find her training shoulder to shoulder with sales representatives on the team. She always stays super calm during any conflict and is extremely solution-oriented. Not only is Alivia truly admired by her teammates, but also her customers!
In Alivia’s free time she loves spending time with her big Italian family and hanging out with her siblings. Alivia also enjoys reading and going to the gym!
