Congratulations to Andrea White on her promotion to Mentorship Manager – Iowa Digital!

Andrea joined American Marketing & Publishing in January of 2022. She wanted to join a company that did the right thing and had growth opportunities, and she wanted to be in control of her income and enjoy the work that she was doing. Andrea enjoys being able to be out and about, meeting all different kinds of business owners, and learning about them. She is great at asking questions and uncovering the hidden gems in her markets. She does an excellent job selling to help small business owners, and is creating great customers for the long haul.

Andrea started out strong, even selling an OPTIMA^™ account before being officially OPTIMA^™ trained during her onboarding. In her second full month with the company, Andrea sold an impressive $19,482 of OPTIMA^™ and a total of $23,827 in sales. With Andrea’s push of OPTIMA^™ sales, she secured her Senior Sales Rep promotion in the middle of April 2022, just three months after she started. Andrea is coming off another strong March sales month, selling $13,026 in OPTIMA^™ and $18,246 in total sales. When you spend a day with Andrea in the field, you’re bound to have fun, laugh, and find all the hidden businesses in the town.

Andrea has been on the Mentorship Day team taking out candidates since April of 2022, and candidates always say they saw a wide variety of different businesses and more than one product pitched while watching Andrea work. Showing candidates all aspects of our work gives them the best leg up heading into training. Andrea has an extensive teaching background, as she’s taught and lived overseas in five different countries. You could say Andrea’s teaching background makes her a natural fit for the Mentorship Manager position!

Outside of work, Andrea and her husband, Matt, are typically chasing around their toddler, Everett, who just turned three years old. Andrea and Matt enjoy biking in their free time. Andrea enjoys swimming and is working on teaching Everett to swim as well. In the evenings and weekends, Andrea spends time volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Cedar Rapids.
