Congratulations to Tara Jenneman on her promotion to Assistant District Manager of the Tennessee North District!

Tara has been a force since she began her journey with American Marketing & Publishing in July of 2018. In her first six months with with AMP, she had $118,883 in total sales, $85,898 in OPTIMA™ sales, $32,985 in GSV sales, with 47 new accounts, and 87.7% DCP. Tara’s largest month of total sales since joining AMP was September of 2022, where she sold a total of $31,755. In January 2023, Tara had her largest month of training stats, with $21,616 sold alongside her team. Tara has held many achievements during her time with AMP including, 2019 Rookie of the Year, 3x Rep of the Region, 3x President’s Achievement Award winner, and 4x consecutive Top 20 in all company ranking.

Prior to joining AMP, Tara was employed at FedEx. She was with FedEx for 10 years with the hotel, trade, and convention operations division, where she handled logistics, printing, graphics, and trade show events. She has 17 years of service industry experience, mostly in the bar, restaurant, hotel, and events industries. Tara also has six years of experience in the emergency service communications arena for the fire department. Tara has been in leadership positions in every job that she has ever worked!

Tara has two Bachelors degrees from the University of New Orleans, one with a concentration in Art, and the other in Business Management and Marketing. She later attended Murray State University in Murray, KY, where she obtained a double masters degree in Organizational Communications and Leadership and Human Development. Tara comes from an large family of eight, with four sisters and two brothers. She was raised the majority of her life in Louisiana growing up on the Bayou, and then spent many of her adult years in New Orleans. Tara then moved to Kentucky in 2017 to attend Murray State! Tara has a passion for food, drinks, culture, and connections! She dreams about traveling the world and hopes to inspire people every step of the way!
