Congratulations to Carbo Cousar on his promotion to Mentorship Manager!

Ryan ‘Carbo’ Cousar joined American Marketing & Publishing as a part of the Tennessee North District in November of 2022. Prior to joining AMP, Carbo worked ASI trade shows and road shows in the promotional product industry for a total of 10 years., and also worked at a newspaper. Carbo is known to be full of positivity and always smiling!

In January of 2023, Carbo had his biggest month with a total revenue of $32,180! From those sales, 23,495 was OPTIMA™, $4,460 was GSV, and $4,225 was AMP Video™. He is one of the top reps in the running for the 2023 Rookie of the Year Award, and was recently the #1 Digital rep on the Digital Outside Sales ranking report.

Carbo is happily married to his wife, Gina, who is an artist. They have a four-year-old grandson and another grandson on the way! They have two daughters, one a nurse, and the other works in commercial insurance. They also have a golden doodle named Harley, that resides with them in West Tennessee. Until he graduated from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN, baseball was Carbo’s life, but a few years later he switched his interests to music! He performed for nine years straight at the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, MS, in clubs, and at festivals in Memphis, TN, and Oxford, MS, as well as other places in West Tennessee. In their spare time, Carbo and Gina love going on trips and listening to live music!
