Congratulations to Tyler Topcik on his promotion to Financial and Payroll Reporting Analyst!
Tyler joined the AMP Family in 2021 as a Financial Analyst, providing detailed reporting on Cost of Sale (COS), Board Report level key performance analytics, DIS performance related metrics and many other key reporting initiatives. He approaches his assignments as an opportunity to learn and grow, and with an eye toward how to strategically improve the accuracy and overall efficiency of reporting. Amongst his many talents, Tyler is known for his incredible attention to detail, ability to build complicated financial models, “Excel Guru”, eagerness to explore additional areas of responsibility and overall good judgment. Tyler works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the work he delivers is of the highest quality and in the rare instances when he does make a mistake, he humbly takes accountability and implements a solution in short order.
In the role of Financial and Payroll Reporting Analyst, Tyler will be continuing his good work around financial analytics, and in addition, will also be taking on primary ownership of Payroll Reporting. After a period of transition scheduled for the near future, Tyler will be responsible for the overall accuracy of payroll reporting, working alongside our Developer Team to continue enhancing the overall sales compensation (commissions) framework and layering in additional use cases, researching answers to questions on framework logic and much more. The Payroll Team will circulate more details in the coming weeks to set expectations around timing and specific plans to enhance the overall sales employee experience when interacting with Payroll.

Tyler was born and raised as an Illinois native until recently relocating to Denver last year with his girlfriend Katie. They enjoy hiking, camping, and other scenic mountain-viewed activities in the warm season. All year-round they enjoy the museums and events that are available in the city. They have also been to all four major Denver/Colorado sports teams’ games at least once, including the Avalanche, Nuggets, Broncos, and Rockies!
