Congratulations to Karla Chavez on her promotion to Marketing Assistant!

Karla started with AMP in February 2023 as a Bilingual Sales Support Specialist where she learned all about the ins and outs of our sales teams and we’re excited that she’s going to be bringing this knowledge with her to Marketing! Karla is fluent in Spanish and often assisted other teams around the office with translations. Her creativity, humor, and desire to keep learning more about our industry made her a perfect fit for our team.

Karla is an Army veteran and served in San Antonio, TX, as a combat medic before joining us at AMP. She is currently studying at Northern Illinois University and will be graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Marketing in May 2024. Karla is very proud to be the first in her family to accomplish this!

In her new role, Karla will assist the Marketing Department with our many projects while maintaining our websites and social media, writing customer success stories, creating custom sales proposals, and much more! She’ll also continue using her Spanish skills to help us better serve our Spanish-speaking customers and sales representatives.

In her free time, Karla enjoys creating art in all its forms, whether its drawing and painting or creating digital masterpieces. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, including her two cats Ash and Zelda, as well as watching documentaries, listening to EDM, and playing piano and guitar. We’re very excited to see the positive impact she will have within our Marketing team and AMP as an organization!
