Congratulations to Kayli Maucione on her promotion to Mentorship Manager!
In her new role, Kayli will be training and developing her teammates throughout the Central Region at least twice a month! Her incredibly fast start to her AMP career and her ability to learn and teach the AMP blueprint is what made this such an easy decision.
Kayli, nicknamed “Holy Macaroni,” joined AMP in May of this year. She immediately burst onto the scene after completing onboarding within her first eight selling days, averaging a sale per day! That consistency didn’t slow down and Kayli continued to step out of her comfort zone more and more presenting OPTIMA™ early and often. In her first three weeks, she secured 18 new digital accounts and achieved a total sales figure of $11,910! Kayli’s exceptional performance and leadership in June had an immediate impact on Michiana. She co-hosted morning success calls and received great feedback for her advice, backed by outstanding results. Kayli talks the talk and walks the walk! She’s had some impressive achievements in her first full month with AMP including, 19 accounts, $11,365 of GSV, and $9,541 of OPTIMA™, totaling $20,906 in sales.

As her new teammates will soon find out, spending time in the sales field with Kayli is a lot of fun. She is committed to making “slay the day away” an AMP mantra, and she demonstrates it through her approach to our work. Kayli always has a solid plan and executes the AMP blueprint with a focus on high call volume and efficiency. We are so glad to have found Kayli, and we have to give a massive shout out to Kinsey Smith for being an amazing recruiter and making this partnership possible!
Kayli’s experience prior to AMP is remarkable and is a great indicator of why she was meant for this new role. She previously worked as a game master at an Escape Room and still enjoys visiting escape rooms throughout Michigan and Indiana. More recently, she served as a Peer Student Success Navigator at Western Michigan University, mentoring fellow students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals. Kayli is also a published author and is passionate about writing in her free time. At AMP, she is delighted to continue using her creativity to assist business owners in making smart investments to grow their businesses.
