Congratulations to Keely Brown on her promotion to Senior Hiring Manager!
Keely started with AMP in February 2023, joining our Inside Sales team. In March, she transitioned to the Hiring Manager team, a move that aligned with her long-standing goal of achieving the promotion to Sales Hiring Manager. Throughout her journey, she has built great habits that have contributed to her success!
Keely’s graduation from Texas A&M University (Go Aggies!) was a dream she worked incredibly hard to achieve. Earning an Aggie Ring, a symbol of her dedication and work ethic, was a significant accomplishment. Her degree in Agricultural Communications & Journalism marked the culmination of her academic journey. Keely began her career in property management and worked her way up from a Leasing Consultant to an Assistant Community Manager, and finally to a Community Manager. However, she sought a more fulfilling challenge, one where she could be goal-focused and make a positive impact, which she found at AMP.
Keely has brought on some fantastic talent to her districts in 2023! In May, she led the AMP Field Hiring Heroics as the Hiring Manager of the Month. She has been a great communicator to her DM team and has hosted many of our Hiring Manager Morning calls. What sets Keely apart is her infectious personality, making candidates feel at home during their career search journey. Her hard work ethic, personality the size of Texas and strong leadership skills is what makes Keely so great at our work!
Keely’s roots lie in Texas, where she grew up in New Braunfels, fulfilling her dream of becoming an Aggie! With strong family connections, she shares a close bond with her parents, siblings, and extended family. Recently married to her husband Bodhi, a paramedic, Keely receives constant support and encouragement to achieve her goals. Dog parents to Chance & Reese, they love getting everyone together for family gatherings.
