Congratulations to Caitlin Gordon on her promotion to Sales Support Systems Team Lead!

Caitlin has played a part — a huge part — in AMP and Sales Support’s success for almost 6 and a half years now, and we’re so excited for her to be taking on a new role on our team.

In her new role as Sales Support Systems Team Lead, Caitlin will continue to create and maintain interactive maps for recruiting and staffing, continue to test and improve the systems that make our sales engine run, and she’ll work closely with Inside Sales leaders to expand Sales Support’s understanding of their processes so that we can provide even better support to these teams. Additionally, Caitlin will mentor our new Sales Support Systems Assistant, further enhancing our team’s scope of responsibility and influence. Caitlin’s attention to detail makes her the perfect person to take on these new, exciting challenges!

Caitlin is one of the smartest people that I’ve ever worked with. She thinks of every detail and if she can’t figure something out, she continues to try until she gets it right. As Systems Team Lead she’ll continue to make an even bigger impact for our Inside Sales team along with her new teammate, Leslie, who she has been coaching on how to be a Sales Support rock star (just like Caitlin!)
