Congratulations to Courtney Blodgett on her promotion to Mentorship Manager!
In Courtney’s first full month with the company, she sold 12 separate GSV customers with 89% DCP. After being OPTIMA™ trained at the end of July, Courtney aimed to sell more OPTIMA™ in August while continuing to maintain a high number of accounts sold. And she did just that – by the end of her second full month, Courtney had secured 3 new OPTIMA™ accounts, made a Text sale, and closed 6 GSV sales, totaling $11,707. Currently, she’s only 2 DNA away from her goal of 25. Now, she has set her sights on achieving an even more successful September than her August, with a strong focus on selling a high number of accounts.
Courtney is a Kirksville, MO native and also comes from a family full of small business owners and hard workers. Before joining AMP, Courtney worked with the Chamber of Commerce in Kirksville, an experience that translates well to her current role. She’s passionate about helping and learning about small businesses in the area. Courtney is highly driven to both assist small businesses in the communities she serves and achieve personal success. Her strong goal-oriented drive and love for challenges make her a perfect fit for AMP.
In Courtney’s free time, she enjoys playing pool or cards with friends and family. Courtney also enjoys cooking and is self-taught herself to cook at a young age. Her weekends are often filled spending quality recharge time with friends and her close-knit family.
In her new role, Courtney will help train and develop a team in northern Missouri. She’s already conducted a training day and found it beneficial to have someone observe her sales process, which sharpened her skills. We eagerly anticipate Courtney’s growth and development in her new role.
