Congratulations to Sarah McAnally on her promotion to Content Fulfillment Team Lead!

Sarah joined AMP in March of 2022, knowing she was looking for growth opportunities. She quickly made an impact with both her performance and accuracy (99.6% overall!) while being friendly and laid back with teammates. In the fall of ’22, Sarah started learning additional tasks on the team to assist teammates during times of high volume, or PTO, and quickly showed her ability to move between multiple task types with ease. Her helpful and kind nature is also noticed on the team with her repeat Employee of the Month nominations, in both March and July of this year.

In this new role, Sarah will continue to work closely with the OPTIMA™ Content Fulfillment Manager and team to create and communicate changes to processes, troubleshoot, work with direct reports, oversee daily task assignments, and train new hires among the team.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys painting, playing video games, spending time with friends, and volunteering at Labrador Retriever rescue. She also recently went skydiving and while fun, she’s not sure she’d do it again!
