Congratulations to Veronica Quezada on her promotion to OPTIMA™ Verification Manager!

Veronica’s journey with AMP began in May of 2018, and her dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence have been nothing short of inspiring.

Veronica’s incredible journey within our company has been marked by her unwavering commitment to mastering all aspects of OPTIMA™. She initially started in a behind-the-scenes, non-phone facing role, but her passion for our products and her drive for personal growth soon propelled her into roles of increasing responsibility.

In early 2019, Veronica was promoted to the role of OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Verification Trainer, where she showcased her exceptional ability to train and mentor others. Her dedication did not go unnoticed, as she continued to rise through the ranks. In 2021, she was promoted to OPTIMA™ Verification Coordinator, further demonstrating her skills in managing and coordinating essential verification processes. Most recently, in September 2022, Veronica was appointed as the OPTIMA™ Verification Team Lead, where she has excelled in leading her team to new heights.

In her new role as OPTIMA™ Verification Manager, Veronica will maintain her hands-on approach, providing direct support to the Verification team while simultaneously focusing on evolving toward the future. She will continue seeking out opportunities for system improvements, refining site processes, and streamlining team procedures to ensure our Verification team has continued success in supporting our customers.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Veronica’s unique interests and passions add a vibrant dimension to our team. She’s known for her slight Lego obsession, which she enjoys building intricate sets during her free time. Impressively, Veronica can identify any Taylor Swift song within the first three seconds of hearing it. Moreover, her two dogs, Bailey and Beau, are an integral part of her life, and she’s known to have traveled eight hours to bring Beau home from a random farm she discovered online.

Veronica’s journey with us has been truly inspiring, and we have no doubt that she will continue to excel and drive the Verification team to greater heights.
