Congratulations to Callie Fischhaber on her promotion to Digital Inside Sales Business Development Team Lead!
Before joining AMP, Callie held the position of Assistant Publisher in the Toledo, Ohio area, where she specialized in the development and sale of physician handbooks. Her exceptional customer service skills, deep understanding of sales, and outgoing personality caught the attention of our talented recruiter, Amy Fabrizius. Recognizing Callie’s potential, Amy knew she would be a valuable addition to our rapidly expanding Digital Inside Sales Team.
Callie officially joined AMP in November 2022 as an Associate Account Manager. She quickly made a name for herself by securing four new business sales in record time. By December 2022, Callie had shattered a Digital Inside Sales record, generating $19,764 in new digital revenue during that month alone. Her achievements included securing eight new business sales, four cross sales, and two upsells. Her remarkable success led to a well-deserved promotion to Senior Account Manager.
In her role as Senior Account Manager, Callie continued to excel, consistently achieving high renewal rates, upselling to existing customers, and cultivating strong relationships. She displayed an unwavering commitment to learning, growth, and shouldering more responsibilities within our Digital Inside Sales Team. Callie’s exceptional performance persisted throughout 2023, with notable accomplishments such as achieving an outstanding 88.89% renewal rate in May and closing her highest revenue month at $57,438 in August. Notably, in September, she achieved her best New Digital Revenue (NDR) month, securing 15 unique NDR sales. Callie’s relentless pursuit of self-improvement and dedication to getting 1% better every day were pivotal in her success in 2023.
Throughout the past year, Callie not only achieved record-breaking sales but also invested significant time in training our new hires, participating in numerous shadowing sessions, and nurturing future talent. Her eagerness to learn, develop, train, enhance, and support our products and DIS team sets her apart. Callie possesses natural leadership qualities, making her a valuable addition to our DIS leadership team.
Outside of her professional life, Callie indulges in creating delightful vegan recipes and cherishes moments spent with her family and her husband, Mayco. In January 2023, Callie celebrated her wedding on a beach in Fort Lauderdale, creating a cherished memory. Among her favorite AMP memories, she fondly recalls flying out to Chicago (just a week before her wedding) to attend the company meeting. Meeting her colleagues in person for the first time was an unforgettable experience for her.
In her new role, Callie will collaborate with Angelica Muriella and the DIS Leadership team to contribute to the development, training, and early onboarding of our AMP new hires. She is particularly excited about the opportunity to help establish a solid foundation for our AMP team and guide new hires on their journey to account management.
