Congratulations to Tiffany Mills on her promotion to Director of Payroll Systems and Support!

Tiffany joined the AMP Family in 2002 and masterfully played many roles on the Operation’s side of the business, including Customer Support and most recently as the Director of Sales Systems and Support. Tiffany is well known for her ability to find solutions through systems as well as her unwavering dedication to the support of our sales teams. She humbly accepts accolades for a job well done, but does not shy away from leveraging constructive feedback as an opportunity to grow and learn.

In the role of Director of Payroll Systems and Support, Tiffany will utilize her knowledge of sales systems to expand her expertise into the world of payroll systems. She will be charged with the responsibility of ensuring payroll is processed with high levels of accuracy, continuing to drive deeper utilization of systems, and improving overall real-time visibility for all aspects of compensation. Hosting a monthly call with sales leadership, Tiffany will invite constructive feedback on compensation systems and support while working collaboratively with the AMP Development Operations team to identify root cause of any recurring logic or reporting presentation errors. Tiffany will work alongside Tyler Topcik, who has been instrumental in the scoping and launch of an initiative, which will bring real-time visibility to sales bonuses within Tableau, much like we have today with Commissions … stay tuned for early 2024 release of this functionality.

Though I will miss working side by side with her in sales systems and support, I know she will be a huge asset to the payroll team in systems and data knowledge and especially with sales rep outreach and communication. In Tiffany’s spare time, if you don’t find her at home working on her Tumbler and Sublimation business with her college sweetheart, Josh you can be sure to fine her at a sports complex somewhere in Northern Illinois. Their children keep them very busy with activities! Her daughter Kailyn playing school and club volleyball. Her son Cooper playing travel baseball, league flag football, and basketball.
