Congratulations to Chelsea Jolly on her promotion to Customer Success Manager!

Starting in May 2017 as a Digital Claiming Specialist, Chelsea’s exceptional dedication, enthusiasm, and her unwavering commitment to helping small business owners have consistently set her apart. Her remarkable journey continues as she takes on the role of Customer Success Manager.

This promotion marks a pivotal moment for our organization as we bring together the expertise of Product Support and Onboarding Support, with Chelsea leading the way. Her journey with us has been nothing short of inspiring. A few short months after joining AMP, Chelsea was promoted to Verification Team Lead. In this role, she not only drove strong best practices but also enhanced efficiency within the Verifier role, leading to outstanding performance month after month. Her commitment and hard work culminated in her being recognized as the 2018 Rookie Leader of the Year, a testament to her exceptional leadership skills.

In April 2018, Chelsea’s capabilities led her to the role of OPTIMA™ Fulfillment Assistant Manager. Here, she worked directly with each Verification Specialist and Digital Onboarding, leading the evolution of our verification processes. Chelsea excelled in coordinating and managing workflow for the Verifiers, continuously demonstrating her ability to rise to challenges. Her dedication was further rewarded when she earned the prestigious 2019 Manager of the Year Award, a recognition of her outstanding contributions.

In January 2021, Chelsea was promoted to OPTIMA™ Verification Manager, entrusted with the oversight of our Verification Specialist and Social Verification Specialist teams. Her journey within AMP has been marked by her exceptional performance, leadership, and an unwavering drive for success.

As Customer Success Manager, Chelsea will now lead a newly formed team that combines the efforts of Product Support and Onboarding Support. With her proven track record of excellence, she is well-positioned to ensure that our customers receive the best service and experience possible. Chelsea’s passion for helping small business owners, her tireless work ethic, and her infectious enthusiasm will undoubtedly drive our customer success initiatives to new heights.
