Brittany Vial Promoted to Mentorship Manager

Congratulations to Brittany Vial on her promotion to Mentorship Manager for Northwest Region!

Brittany joined AMP and Team Wisconsin in March 2023. In her first project of Waupaca, WI, she swiftly excelled as a steady GSV seller. Her rapid progression meant she was on boarded to OPTIMA™ followed by AMP Video™ and CloseBy® Text Marketing programs. Brittany’s sales trajectory in her first 3 months highlights month-over-month improvements. In fact, she hit her first $15,000 sales month in May closing $8,827 OPTIMA™ sales, $4,240 GSV sales, and $2,220 Video sales.

Throughout the year, Brittany had a streak of consistent sales performances each month, showcasing her ongoing progression. She is currently ranked #1 on our AMP Top Rookie ranking with an average of $17,223 in total sales, $9,648 in OPTIMA™/Text sales, $6,624 in GSV, $954 in Video, and 59% DCP. Behind the scenes, Brittany dedicated her time to AMP U and is a Senior student ranked among the Top 10 of the NW Region. She’s partnered with top leaders in the business, like Halle Hecker and Eric Sauld, who provided her with awesome training resources and feedback. In October, Brittany joined the leadership team via Observation Day Program assisting with the mentoring of potential new hires looking to join AMP.

Brittany’s drive toward success was built on consistent new business sales. She averages 10 DNA per month and is currently closing in on 100 DNA since joining us in March. She set a personal record month in November (yes, a short month) with over $29,823 in sales. This included $22,328 in OPTIMA™ sales, $3,235 Video sales, and $4,260 GSV sales. Overall, she hit a record breaking month of total sales, OPTIMA™ sales, and Video sales. Brittany continues to encourage growth in our northern Wisconsin markets working expansion in Wausau, Marshfield, Stevens Point, and Wisconsin Rapids this year. She moves quickly and leads by example!

In 2022, Brittany graduated from Mid-State Technical College with a degree in Liberal Arts. Before AMP, she worked for several years within various roles at the Salvation Army – Hope Center Homeless Shelter and continued her time as a part-time server at Buffalo Wild Wings. In her initial interview, Josh McGraw was on point with his feedback about her, “I can see Brittany has the grit, work ethic, determination, and ability to connect well with SBO’s to exceed in our work.

Outside of work, Brittany loves spending time with her favorite people her husband, Riley and daughter, Layla (18 months). They enjoy lots of family outings together! She is a hobbyist portrait photographer that loves being outdoors, even if it’s not to capture imagery.

Congratulations, Brittany, on this well-deserved promotion!
