Congratulations to Nicole Beck on her promotion to Mentorship Manager!

Since beginning her journey with AMP in April 2023, Nicole has consistently showcased an unwavering commitment to excellence, playing a pivotal role in our team’s success as a Digital Sales Rep. Her dedication, hard work, and innovative approach have not only met but exceeded our expectations, leading to this well-earned promotion!

Nicole’s first project when she joined AMP and the Northwest FL Team was the opening of the Ocean Springs, Mississippi market. In her initial month, she achieved an impressive $12,208 in Total Sales closing 15 DNA and 1 OPTIMA™ sale. Nicole quickly onboarded to OPTIMA™, then seamlessly transitioned to Video & Text Marketing programs. Nicole’s best month of the year was in August. She closed $23,344 in Total Sales with $17,294 in OPTIMA™, $6,050 in GSV sales and 10 DNA, showcasing her exceptional sales expertise. 

Due to her consistent sales performance, she joined the leadership team via Observation Day Program assisting with the mentoring of potential new hires looking to join AMP. She’s played a big part in onboarding, training, and development for the team in the great states of Mississippi and Alabama. She is an outstanding source of positive influence on her team. She is currently ranked #6 on our AMP Top Rookie ranking with an average of $13,689 in Total Sales, $8,633 in OPTIMA™/Text sales, $4,941 in GSV with 9 DNA per month. 

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys quality time with her 24-year-old son, Nathan, her loving mom, and her cherished fur babies. Her passion for community service extends to organizations such as MS Heroes and Gulf Coast Women.
