Congratulations to Cortney Carathers on her promotion to Senior OPTIMA™ Specialist – Team Lead!

Cortney started with AMP in September of 2022 as an Associate Account Manager. Cortney took a leap of faith moving back to Toledo, Ohio to start her career with AMP and be closer to her family after living in Florida for quite some time. Shortly after starting with AMP, Cortney transitioned into the Account Manager Support Specialist role, where she quickly demonstrated the ability to create a great impression on first year and current customers. Cortney quickly earned her promotion to Account Executive after excelling in upselling customers and developing strong relationships. In October of 2023, Cortney was promoted to Account Manager after continuing to influence new prospects. In 2023, Cortney was awarded Inside Sales Rookie of the Year, was ranked #5 in all of Digital Inside Sales and earned our Presidential Achievement Award. Cortney not only continues to lead by example, but also conducts many training days, leaving a lasting impression on many DIS representatives.

Over the last year, Cortney has developed into an incredible Inside Sales Representative and leader. She is always eager to learn, develop and take on more responsibility. As a Senior OPTIMA™ Specialist – Team Lead, Cortney will be working very closely with our digital inside sales team on improving our customer retention and enhancing our OPTIMA™ relationships.
