Congratulations to Heather Nawrocki on her promotion to Senior OPTIMA™ Specialist – Team Lead!

In Heather’s new role, she will be working very closely with our Digital Inside Sales Team on improving our customer retention and better our OPTIMA™ relationships overall. Heather will be spending valuable one on one time with reps, coaching on early intervention, how to identify potential issues early on and follow up with effective solutions. This role ensures that any customer concerns are resolved efficiently and they stay with OPTIMA™ for years to come. Heather is wonderful at listening to the customers’ requests and providing a solution that is tailored around their business.

Heather joined AMP in August of 2019 and continues to grow and sharpen her skill set year over year. She is always quick to lend a helpful hand to all of her colleagues and makes sure she is leading by example. With Heather’s keen knowledge of our programs and strong relationships with her business owners, she will be the perfect person for this new role. In Heather’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Maddie, whether it’s by their pool or at her family’s lake house, their favorite vacation spot.
