Congratulations to Kim Petersen on her promotion to Senior OPTIMA™ Specialist – Team Lead!

Kim started with AMP in July of 2023 as an Account Manager Support Specialist. Kim learned and strengthened her sales skills quickly after making a sale her first week on the phones. In Kim’s first month as a AMSS she closed 10 NDR sales! Kim excelled in the ability to build strong connections with our business owners and her attention to detail is extraordinary.

In December of 2023, Kim earned her promotion to an Account Executive due to her ability to upsell, problem-solve, and demonstrate exceptional communication with all accounts, but specifically first years. Kim trains weekly and teaches others how to think quick in the moment while also coming up with creative suggestions and solutions. In December 2023, Kim started renewing accounts and is demonstrating and incredible renewal rate while also leading the team in NDR.

Over the course of the last seven months, Kim has truly stepped up as a leader as she is a part of the Mentorship Team, trains, sells and renews at a high rate. She goes above and beyond for all of our customers and is a true team player. As a Senior OPTIMA™ Specialist – Team Lead, Kim will be working very closely with our Digital Inside Sales Team on improving our customer retention and enhancing our OPTIMA™ relationships.
