Congratulations to Morgan Goslin on her promotion to Senior OPTIMA™ Specialist – Team Lead!

Morgan started her career with AMP in September 2020 after graduating from William Penn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Fitness Administration and Management. While at William Penn University, Morgan was a four year collegiate softball player and was heavily involved on campus. With Morgan’s past experience, competitive background, and outgoing personality, our excellent recruiting team knew that she would be an amazing addition to our growing Digital Inside Sales Team.

Since starting with AMP, Morgan has been instrumental in our Digital Inside Sales growth and evolution. In the last year, Morgan has continued to evolve increasing in every metric within our work. She increased her overall renewal percentage by 6%, increased her new digital revenue (NDR), and total sales. Due to all of Morgan’s success in 2023, she was named our Account Manager of the Year, was our #4 ranked DSA award winner and earned our prestigious Presidential Achievement Company Trip.

Morgan is one of the hardest working individuals we know! We’re blessed to have her on our team and working toward our company mission each and every day. In Morgan’s new role, she be working very closely with our digital inside sales team on improving our customer retention and better our OPTIMA™ relationships. With her passion for coaching, guiding others and improving problem solving skills, she will be a driving force in AMP 2.0.
