Congratulations to Catherine Prashanthini on her promotion to Data Analyst Team Lead!

As the Team Lead for our Data Analysts, Catherine has been working closely with one of our Senior Developers, our SQL Developer and other Data Analyst in growing the team’s overall skill sets and understanding around our complicated commissions and data processes. Through her mentorship and energetic approach on high priority projects, as well as sharing her expertise through dedicated training sessions, the team has moved from singular knowledge assignments to a team that can be relied on in digging into the weeds and identifying opportunities in approach around our data space.

Since joining AMP in June 2022, she demonstrated her dedication by jumping into the vital OPTIMA™ Renewal Report for our DIS team and implementing changes that had been requested for a while. She introduced stability into a heavily relied upon report used not only by reps, but also payroll and developers around our renewal process. If that wasn’t impressive enough, she also began working on our Commissions Refactor to adjust some of the hard-coded logic and make our commissions process more automated and flexible which is critical in our ever-changing sales environment.

In summer of 2023, Catherine also helped onboard our newest Data Analyst and a new position of SQL Developer. The explanation of the back end framework we had in place proved to be a game changer in our new hire onboarding process and her understanding of the importance of documentation around reporting structures, tables and best practices has continued to drive our successes on the small but mighty team! She has even continued her own education around the Tableau software and taken courses towards earning certifications around Data Management. She even earned the July 2023 Employee of the Month and has been nominated another time for her work!

On a more personal level, Catherine enjoys hanging out with her friends and traveling. She’s also currently in wedding planning mode to marry her fiancé in July!
