Congratulations to Kree Rogers-Little on her promotion to Recruiting Team Manager!

From the moment Kree joined the team, her talent for identifying and nurturing potential has shone brightly. Her infectious spirit and unwavering dedication have not only earned her the prestigious awards of Hiring Manager of the Year and President’s Achievement Award, but they have also inspired everyone around her.

Leading by example, Kree has juggled a multitude of responsibilities including recruiting, training, and fostering a culture of excellence. Her role in the company’s growth initiative and her ability to expand into new markets is remarkable. One of Kree’s highlights from this year so far has been her leading the company growth initiative to expand our geography to 40 new markets. Kree personally recruited several recognizable names to AMP, including Ali Antonacci, MIT from the St. Louis District, and Chris Spute, MIT from the South Florida District. The numbers tell a story of success: $258,909 in Rookie Revenue, 206 New Business Accounts. Not only has Kree had a dominating performance this year, Team Rogers-Littles is closing in on a very good 2024. Their 2024 rookies have sold a department leading $1,671,145 and 1,407 new business accounts! They have hired 6 of the top 20 digital sales reps in the company and 4 of the top 10 rookies.

Kree is someone who is always going above and beyond. She is always working to be a better version of herself. Her career with AMP has moved at lighting speed, and she takes each new initiative like a veteran would. She is positive, encouraging, forward-leaning, and a beacon to each of us. She makes those around her better. We are grateful to have her as a leader on our team!

Kree, husband Kyle, and daughter Karsyn reside outside of Huntsville, Alabama. Kree serves as the lead pastor of her church, guiding congregations at two locations in Huntsville and Birmingham. The Rogers-Littles’ are a house divided as Kree is a huge University of Alabama fan, and Kyle is a loyal University of Georgia fan. They also enjoy catching sports games as alum of their local colleges in Huntsville. She also loves to do hair and often has friends and family in her home salon. One of Kree’s surprise talents is her impressive skill as a karaoke singer!
