Since joining AMP in March of 2019, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to her growth and a willingness to step outside her comfort zone. She has made a significant impact on her peers and customers alike. Jennifer has consistently ranked among the top 25 digital reps in the company, and back in 2019, she achieved a career milestone with her highest sales month of $34,565. Her excellence in performance has earned her multiple Presidential Achievement Awards.
In 2024, Jennifer continued to exceed expectations, averaging over $8,400 per month in OPTIMA™ sales. She also averaged $13,610 in total sales each month, with an incredible average order size of $2,886, further demonstrating her ability to provide value. While she’s proud of these accomplishments, Jennifer is very determined to continue growing, particularly by expanding the number of accounts she sells each month, while growing a team around her.
Throughout her time with AMP, Jennifer has grown AMPs digital footprint in numerous markets in both Tennessee and Kentucky. She has also played a key role in growing AMP’s presence in her hometown of Scottsville, KY, where she’s passionate about supporting local small business owners in their digital marketing efforts. Whether it’s helping home-based businesses or dedicating extra time on a Saturday to wrap up the month, Jennifer’s willingness to go the extra mile is a hallmark of her work ethic.
A notable recent career milestone for Jennifer came when she began building her new territory near Somerset, KY. In her very first month, she achieved over $30,000 in sales, all while conducting observation days and training new hires—an impressive accomplishment.
Beyond her professional success, Jennifer is deeply committed to giving back. She frequently speaks at recovery homes, offering inspiration to those struggling with addiction or difficult life circumstances. Through sharing her personal journeys, Jennifer highlights the role her faith has played in guiding her through both challenging and uplifting times.
Jennifer is a proud mother of two wonderful children: Jaedyn, 18, who is studying to become a dental hygienist at Western Kentucky University, and Camden, 11, a passionate sports enthusiast with a love for baseball, football, and basketball. In addition to her family responsibilities, Jennifer has previously served as the president of the volleyball booster club and remains an active volunteer in her community. When she’s not working or volunteering, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her family, particularly to tropical destinations, though they’re open to exploring any location where they can spend quality time together. 2025 will be a special year for Jennifer, as she and her fiancé, Mark, are planning to marry by the end of the year. And, of course, we can’t forget Loui, her loyal dog, who brings constant joy and companionship to her life.
