Congratulations Simone White on her promotion to Recruiting Team Manager!

Simone joined AMP in June 2022 after graduating from the University of Illinois. She was on an adventure to graduate college and then move cross country to Phoenix, AZ. When I first met Simone in the interview process she was full of energy and a passion for development. She told me about the books she had been reading on self-development and how she strives to always keep improving herself. She was working in cosmetics for Walgreens during college and had a passion not just to clock in and clock out but to help her customers, and have high achievement for herself in sales.

Simone came into AMP with desire to learn and a dedication to become the best. This last year Simone inspired new rookies to AMP that sold $514,868 in sales, 331 new accounts, and 13 top sellers in the business. She has been a direct influence for our growth and expansion of our NW Florida and Chicagoland teams. She had a $280,439 improvement in Rookie Revenue from 2023 to 2024. That’s only possible through a lot of hard work, evolution, and acceleration of personal development to identifying talent. Simone is a 2x Business Builder Award Winner, 2X Discovery Award Winner with hires such as George Kurtz, Cherry Hall and Katelyn Weining, Exceptional Acquisition Award Winner and President’s Achievement Award Winner.

When our opportunity for Recruiting Team Manager became available, Simone had positioned herself to be a phenomenal candidate. Nearly every conversation I had had with Simone leading up to her interview, she had told me she wanted to be a leader. She wanted to do whatever it took to evolve herself and continue her career path. She’s ambitious and dedicated to high achievement.

Simone has recently moved to Dallas, Texas and became a new aunt. She is enjoying her new city in Texas, but looking to return to Arizona next year for the warmer weather and closeness to her family.
