Anslee joined AMP in May 2024 as our very first Business Development Representative, and with her one-year anniversary just around the corner, we’re proud to recognize the incredible growth and impact she’s had. From the start, she’s shown unwavering dedication, strong motivation, and a consistently positive attitude. Anslee has played a key role in shaping the foundation and culture of our BDR team—and her influence continues to shine every day.
This April, she’s set her sights on ambitious goals—including earning her next promotion. We’re thrilled to celebrate one of her standout achievements: selling 15 OPTIMA™ accounts and officially being promoted to Senior Business Development Representative!
Anslee continues to impress with her unwavering determination, passion for her work, and resilience in the face of challenges. Her drive to hit goals and deliver consistent revenue growth month after month is truly inspiring!
In addition to her ongoing contributions, Anslee currently holds the top spot in the Hall of Fame for 12 monthly unique DNA accounts. March 2025 marked her most successful month yet, generating an impressive $23,185 in total revenue—including $13,930 in OPTIMA™ sales. These achievements are a true testament to her commitment to helping small business owners succeed.

She has become an influential mentor, readily supporting newer team members with questions and guidance, paving the road to success and playing a pivotal influence as we continue to grow our BDR team!
As a Senior Business Development Representative and an active member of our Business Development Mentorship program, Anslee will continue to lead observation days for prospective inside sales candidates. She’ll play a key role in onboarding new team members, showcasing best practices for new GSV and OPTIMA™ sales. Through her leadership and example, Anslee continues to be a driving force in shaping team success and setting the standard for excellence.
