Alivia Ranieri Promoted to Inside Sales Manager

Congratulations Alivia Ranieri on her promotion to Inside Sales Manager!

In her new role, Alivia will continue to lead and grow our Naperville office, guiding incoming Business Development Trainees and managing a larger OPTIMA™ Account Manager team. Alivia is known for her incredible work ethic, discipline, and team-first mindset—all essential qualities of a strong and effective leader.

Alivia began her AMP journey in June 2021 as an Associate OPTIMA™ Account Manager on our Schaumburg Digital Inside Sales team. From day one, she expressed her desire to find a home where she could grow—and she has certainly made that vision a reality. A proud graduate of Augustana College, Alivia earned her degree in Business Administration while balancing academics, tutoring, and competing as a standout on the varsity softball team. She has always been an “all in” individual, consistently giving 110%, setting ambitious goals, and working tirelessly to achieve them.

In September 2022, Alivia was promoted to Business Development Team Lead, where she played a vital role in training and developing new sales representatives. Her leadership and commitment to excellence helped lay a solid foundation for the growth of our Schaumburg office.

A consistent top performer, Alivia was named Inside Sales Rep of the Year in 2022 and received her first Presidential Achievement Award. That same year, she averaged nearly $59,000 in monthly sales and $8,200 in OPTIMA™ NDR, while also leading our team in renewal rates.

In March 2023, Alivia embraced a new challenge—opening a brand-new inside sales office in Naperville, Illinois, with guidance from Megan Goettsche. Over the past two years, she has developed several top rookies and Senior Account Managers while continuing to lead from the front. In March 2024, Alivia shattered records with over $137,000 in personal sales, all while managing and mentoring her growing team.

Sales leaders at AMP are some of our very best sellers throughout the organization and Alivia leads from the front in that aspect.  Her personal sales performance in 2024 speaks volumes.  Alivia secured over $663,000 in personal sales, 272 total accounts sold, more than $66,000 in NDR revenue, while continuing to be a leader in First Year ARR, Second Year ARR, and Revenue Renewal Rate.  Team Ranieri finished 2024 by driving just under $2 million in total sales in her second year as an Assistant Inside Sales Manager.

What sets Alivia apart is not only her sales acumen but her ability to connect with and develop others. Reps trust her, seek her guidance, and thrive under her mentorship. She leads by example—training side-by-side with her team, providing thoughtful and constructive feedback, and approaching challenges with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. Her leadership is admired by both her colleagues and her customers.

Outside of AMP, Alivia enjoys spending quality time with her big Italian family, hanging out with her siblings, working on her house, reading, and hitting the gym.
