Taylor Vanscoyoc Promoted to Vice President of Sales

Congratulations Taylor Vanscoyoc on her promotion to Vice President of Sales!

Taylor began her journey with AMP in January 2017 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with double minors in Business and Health & Wellness. During her college years, Taylor demonstrated exceptional drive—working multiple jobs, completing several internships, and volunteering for various organizations.

Since joining AMP, Taylor has built an impressive and inspiring career. She began by prospecting new OPTIMA™ sales on the second floor in Schaumburg, quickly proving her talent for connecting with customers. She was soon promoted to an OPTIMA™ Account Manager, where she was named Inside Sales Rep of the Month over a dozen times and broke numerous Schaumburg team records. In both 2018 and 2019, Taylor led all inside sales in monthly revenue, averaging a record $47,000 per month in 2018—a time when OPTIMA™ packages started at just $485.

In 2019, she stepped into a leadership role as an Assistant Inside Sales Manager, where she averaged over $58,000 in monthly sales while developing and leading a team. That year, her achievements earned her the titles of Inside Sales Rep of the Year and Best in Sales.

In early 2020, Taylor became the Schaumburg Inside Sales Manager, just as the pandemic began. Despite the unique challenges that came with remote work and industry uncertainty, Taylor successfully grew her team and continued to deliver results. She also hired and mentored several top performers who are now in leadership roles themselves, including Jenna Meyer, Courtney Lee, Stephanie Molitor, and Carena Bieschke. She has proudly developed numerous Top Rookies, Inside Sales Trainers, and Inside Sales Managers during her tenure, and has been recognized with multiple Presidential Achievement and Manager of the Month awards.

Taylor is also known as one of the company’s top trainers, consistently leading in sales made during training days. She embodies leadership by example, having led her team in NDR sales in 2020 with over $70,000, and personally selling over $80,000 in NDR in 2021 while managing AMP’s largest sales team. In 2022, Taylor was promoted to Regional Inside Sales Manager and played a key role alongside Jenna Meyer in opening a new inside sales office in Toledo, Ohio. She continued to lead in personal sales performance while taking on increasing responsibility. In 2024, Taylor’s teams surpassed $12.5 million in total revenue, making her the highest-revenue sales leader in the company and earning her another Presidential Achievement Award as Director of the Year.

Taylor’s roots in small business run deep, having grown up watching her father, uncles, and grandfather build their own businesses in the western suburbs of Chicago. She often credits her parent’s strong work ethic as a source of inspiration that has shaped who she is today.

Beyond her professional success, it has been a joy to see Taylor grow personally. In 2024, she and her high school sweetheart, Jake, welcomed their first daughter, Payton. In her spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with her large extended family, visiting with friends, exercising, and traveling.

In her new role as Vice President, Taylor will focus on leading the DIS team to record setting ARR, NDR sales, and new business growth. She will oversee the continued development of the DIS OPTIMA™ Account Management team and work closely with Megan Goettsche, Jenna Meyer, Alivia Ranieri, Stephanie Molitor, Carena Bieschke, and Courtney Lee.

Congratulations, Taylor, on this well-deserved promotion!
