Congratulations Carena Bieschke on her promotion to Assistant Inside Sales Manager!
Carena joined AMP in June 2021 after graduating from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Digital Marketing and Professional Sales. Before joining AMP, Carena gained valuable experience as an Inside Sales Representative and Recruiter, where she played a key role in supporting commencement activities at NIU. With her strong background in digital marketing and proven sales experience, our recruiting team recognized that Carena would be a fantastic addition to our growing Digital Inside Sales Team.
In her rookie year, Carena consistently exceeded expectations and broke multiple records. Like majority of individuals in the business, she began by prospecting new clients, but quickly stood out with strong new business sales, earning a promotion to Account Manager. Her dedication and performance led to another promotion in August 2021, this time to Senior Account Manager. In this role, she managed a larger portfolio of accounts, focused on driving new digital revenue, and steadily increased her client renewal rates. Thanks to her impressive start and relentless work ethic, Carena earned the distinction of being ranked #4 on AMP’s 2021 Top Rookie list.
In 2022, Carena stepped into a leadership role within the Digital Inside Sales team, earning a promotion to Business Development Trainer. In this position, she played a vital role in onboarding and mentoring new representatives, helping to shape the next generation of AMP talent. Carena excelled not only in training and development but also continued to deliver impressive personal sales results. In March 2022, she achieved $82,132 in total sales, followed by another strong performance in June with 21 OPTIMA™ NDR sales. Carena has consistently delivered record-breaking sales months while dedicating significant time and energy to supporting and developing new hires—demonstrating her commitment to both individual excellence and team success.
In September 2023, Carena was promoted to Inside Sales Account Manager Trainer. In this new role, she focused on strengthening customer retention and improving overall renewal rates by working closely with Inside Sales Account Managers. Carena partnered with team members to dive deep into customer objections, offering strategic insights and creative solutions that supported AMP’s mission and enhanced long-term client relationships. In January 2025, Carena was named 2024 Trainer of the Year—a testament to her outstanding contributions earning her first PAA award. She led with 226 training hours, ranked #1 in new business sales, closed 50 first-year customers, secured 63 total renewals, and generated $214,261 in sales on training days alone. An incredible achievement!
Carena is showing no signs of slowing down. She kicked off the year with a career-best month in January, achieving $84,425 in total sales, including $12,801 from NDR revenue. Her passion for learning, developing, training, and supporting both our products and the DIS team makes her a perfect fit for her new role as Assistant Inside Sales Manager. With her natural leadership abilities, there’s no doubt Carena will thrive—and we’re excited to watch her build and lead her own team this year: Team Bieschke.
In her free time, Carena enjoys traveling, working out, spending time with her large extended family and friends, and exploring new restaurants around the city. She recently moved downtown and is loving everything Chicago has to offer!
