Congratulations Jamie Heymann on her promotion to Senior Vice President of Sales – NorthWest Region!
Jamie joined AMP in June, 2010 as one of the very first hires in the newly forming West Region. From the start, she played a key role in building out the state of Iowa, excelling not only as a top-performing seller but also as a leader and trainer. During those early years, Jamie distinguished herself by driving high activity and consistent results—especially on training days—while bringing out the best in everyone around her.
In 2013, Jamie relocated to Tennessee and revitalized a struggling market with her trademark energy and determination. Her efforts transformed the area into AMP’s leading digital market. Jamie made history by being the first AMP leader to reach $100,000 in OPTIMA™ sales in a single month, a milestone that went on to set the standard for many markets that followed. By 2017, she became the first field leader to exceed $1 million in total digital sales in a year. Her success was a result of simple, solid, servant leadership—recognized in 2016 when she earned the prestigious Field General Award for her direct impact through training and personal sales.
Jamie’s journey didn’t stop there. In 2019, she returned to the Midwest to launch another digital market before being promoted to AMP’s first-ever Corporate Digital Training Manager. In this role, she supported our entire footprint, traveling across the country to mentor rising stars and rebuilding our OPTIMA™ and CloseBy Text training programs for scalable growth.
In 2020, Jamie took the reins as Regional Manager for Iowa, where she led the growth of the Des Moines digital district and drove remarkable year-over-year improvements:
- CloseBy® Text Sales grew by 39.3%
- GSV Sales increased by 13.7%
- OPTIMA™ Sales rose by 19.7%
In 2022, Jamie was promoted to Vice President of Sales and partnered with Melinda Huza to merge the North and West markets into what we now know as the NorthWest Region. Just like in 2010, she led expansion efforts with vigor, planting new AMP flags in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Arkansas, and North Carolina. Under her leadership, the NorthWest Region achieved explosive growth:
- OPTIMA™/Text Sales grew from $2.31M in 2022 to $3.91M in 2024
- GSV/Video Sales grew from $1.76M in 2022 to $3.00M in 2024
