Congratulations Kelly Johnson on her promotion to Director of Human Resources!
Prior to joining AMP in September 2023 as the HRIS Manager, Kelly worked in the field of Human Resources, contributing in various capacities and at increasing levels of responsibility in both the manufacturing and educational industries. Kelly immediately made a positive impact at AMP, quickly demonstrating her vast knowledge of employment policy, benefits management and payroll administration. If you have had the opportunity to interact with Kelly during her tenure, you undoubtedly left the exchange with not only answers to your questions but also a warm feeling that the voice on the other end of the line truly cared about YOU.

In Kelly’s new role as Director of Human Resources, she will be charged with overseeing and managing the expansive array of Human Resource functions at AMP. She takes on this important role with all of the key qualities of a Director coupled with enthusiasm for the AMP mission to serve and deliver effective and affordable advertising and marketing solutions for small business owners. Her incredible work ethic and tenacity to follow through to the final detail on everything she touches will serve her well in this role. Kelly has consistently demonstrated a willingness to take on new initiatives, viewing them as opportunities to learn and grow, both as an individual and as a well-respected AMP leader. My expectation is that she will approach this new opportunity with the same level of vigor.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends hiking, traveling, fishing, snowmobiling, kayaking; basically, anything outdoors and adventurous, you can count her in. She tries to live every day to the fullest and enjoy the journey along the way!
