Congratulations Melinda Huza on her promotion to Vice President of Sales – NorthWest Region!
Melinda’s journey with HomePages began in January 2005, when she joined the company as an entry-level sales representative right out of college. From the outset, she set herself apart with remarkable sales acumen, achieving consistent market expansion and year-over-year growth. Her early success quickly led to a promotion to Senior Sales Representative, and by late 2006—just 18 months into her tenure—she advanced to Field Trainer for Wisconsin, focusing on the growth and development of new team members while continuing to drive personal sales.
In 2009, Melinda was promoted to District Manager, a role in which she truly thrived. Her team consistently ranked first, company-wide, in both sales productivity and territory growth. She was named District Manager of the Year in 2011, having led AMP’s most productive and fastest-growing market with an impressive $2.38 million in total sales.
Her command of the AMP playbook and track record in developing top-tier talent helped produce leaders across Wisconsin and beyond. As Regional Sales Manager of the North Region, she oversaw hiring, training, and performance across a growing territory that expanded to include Ohio. In 2013 alone, her leadership contributed to over $2 million in sales growth, including $490,483 from our inaugural year of selling CloseBy® Text Marketing.
In 2017, Melinda spearheaded AMP’s expansion into Florida, launching a single district that has since grown into four. Between 2017 and 2018 alone, digital sales in Florida surged, with OPTIMA™/Text increasing by $54,096 and GSV sales by $293,850. Since its launch, Florida has generated more than $5.5 million in digital sales, thanks to Melinda’s leadership and the strong team and incredible leaders she’s built there.

As of May 2025, Melinda is once again on pace for growth and has taken on additional responsibilities, including piloting and refining key tools used daily by our field teams.
Over her 20-year tenure, Melinda has held—and excelled in—every role she now leads. Her deep operational knowledge, paired with her signature blend of candor, kindness, and humor, has made her an invaluable asset and a beloved leader. She’s written countless core playbooks, guided the development of top AMP leaders, and helped shape a culture rooted in positivity and high performance.
