Ashley Fawkes Promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales

Congratulations Ashley Fawkes on her promotion to Executive Vice President of Sales!

Fifteen years ago, on June 14, 2010, Ashley Fawkes – then still Ashley Lewis – stepped off the campus of Augustana College and joined AMP as a field sales representative. She was a promising new sales candidate: a former standout athlete on her high school basketball team in her hometown of Mendota, Illinois, and a student leader in the fundraising office at Augustana who had worked the phones every evening calling alumni for donations. However, she had never made any business-to-business sales.

Today, AMP is proud to announce Ashley’s promotion to Executive Vice President of Sales. Her rise at AMP mirrors the growth and evolution of the business itself. Her capacity to develop and grow personally, her willingness to initiate change and lead others, and her talent and passion as a salesperson, team builder, manager, and executive have had a profoundly influential impact – not just on the business of AMP, but also on the careers of many individuals across the company.

From the very beginning, Ashley made an impact that other leaders quickly noticed. She completed her first HomePages® assignment in LaSalle/Peru, IL two weeks ahead of schedule and averaged an impressive $22,718 per month in sales during her first three months. Her outstanding performance led to a quick promotion to Senior Sales Representative, where she contributed to successful projects in Spring Valley, Ottawa, and Channahon.

Recognizing her leadership potential and drive, AMP transitioned Ashley into the Recruiting Team later that same year. In 2011, she was named Hiring Manager of the Year. Her hires generated over $2 million in revenue, earning her a place in AMP’s prestigious Million Dollar Club and setting a company record at the time. Ashley’s advancement continued as she moved into leadership roles within the Recruiting Department, eventually guiding the entire team as Director of Recruiting.

In 2015, Ashley pivoted again – this time to help build and shape AMP’s Digital Inside Sales team. It was a bold move that many successful early-career managers would not have made: changing roles entirely to lead a new and unproven team in support of a strategically critical AMP initiative. Starting on the phones herself, with the full confidence of Chad Campbell and under his close guidance, Ashley applied a hands-on approach and deep sales acumen to lay the cultural and operational groundwork for what would become a major success story – both personally and for the business. From working daily with customers one-on-one, to personally developing strong Account Managers, and consistently asking hard questions and doing the rigorous, detail-driven work required to scale any team, Digital Inside Sales grew substantially under her leadership.

Ashley was promoted to Vice President of Digital Sales in 2019, expanding her impact across product configuration, process improvements, and system development – all while scaling Digital Inside Sales to nearly $17 million in revenue by 2022. That same year, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Inside Sales, where she oversaw multiple teams and initiatives that drove AMP’s inside sales revenue up by more than 35% over a two-year period.

Those who have worked closely with Ashley recognize in her all the traits that define an effective leader at AMP. She brings a true passion for supporting small business owners, exceptionally high personal accountability, and a practical mindset that sees every problem and opportunity as people-first. Outside of work, she is the same person – raising three children with her husband Tom, and setting an example of professional and personal success for her six younger siblings and for many of the talented individuals on the teams she leads.

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Ashley will lead AMP’s efforts to maximize long-term client retention and revenue, and will take on broader responsibility for driving new business development across all inside sales channels – in closer alignment with field sales. Her new role includes a particular strategic emphasis on product enhancement, service coordination, and other key growth initiatives.

Please join us in congratulating Ashley on this well-deserved promotion, and in celebrating her 15 years of transformative growth and high impact at AMP!

Congratulations, Ashley, on this well-deserved promotion!
