Andrew joined AMP in March 2025 and quickly made his mark. After closing 11 accounts in his first full month, he surged to $29,748 in sales and 27 digital unique accounts in May. He raised the bar even higher in June, securing 32 digital unique accounts and reaching a new personal best of $38,533 in total digital sales, landing him in the second spot for monthly field digital sales.
In just a few months, Andrew has generated an impressive $101,667 in total revenue from 92 accounts, maintaining nearly 65% DCP for the year. His relentless work ethic and determination are evident as he consistently hits the field, always making it a priority to secure a sale before heading home—no matter the amount.
Originally from Fayetteville, TN, Andrew grew up in a family-owned pest control business started by his grandfather in 1993. Sales runs in his blood, and he thrives on problem-solving, connecting with people, and using his witty, outgoing personality to close deals.
Andrew shares, “Sales can be a roller coaster: when you’re on fire, you’re unstoppable, but when you’re cold, it can be tough. I’ve learned that staying true to yourself is key. Know your product, be authentic, and don’t be afraid to make someone laugh. That’s where the real connection—and the sale—happens.”
