Sarah Cannon Promoted to Manager in Training for Northern Virginia

Congratulations Sarah Cannon on her promotion to Manager in Training for Northern Virginia!

Sarah has been a standout performer since joining AMP in late April 2024. She kicked off her career with an impressive $18,000 in sales during her first full month—and hasn’t looked back. In 2025, she’s consistently averaging over 14 DUA per month and more than $15,000 in monthly sales. After earning a spot in the top 5 Digital Field Representatives on the April PRR, she followed it up in May with 20 DUA, $12,100 in OPTIMA™, and $20,235 in total sales. She continued her momentum in June with $18,803 in total sales, $14,438 in OPTIMA™, and 12 DUA—earning her a tie for the #1 spot on the Digital Representative Ranking Report through June.

In her previous role as Assistant District Trainer, Sarah set the bar for training excellence across Northern Virginia. She rose to the challenge with impressive training day averages: 1.14 accounts, 10.71 presentations, and 23.28 calls—all while earning consistent praise for her preparation, professionalism, and ability to motivate others. Her leadership, consistency, and passion for mentoring made her the obvious choice for this next step.

Sarah proudly made AMP her first job after graduating from George Mason University in 2023, where she earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a marketing focus. She was drawn to AMP for the opportunity to create impact—and that’s exactly what she’s done. Over the past year, she has become a top-tier producer, a reliable team player, and a respected leader.

Outside of AMP, Sarah enjoys cheering on the Washington Capitals, relaxing at the pool, and tackling complex puzzles. Thanks to her success, she recently moved into her own place in Culpeper, VA, where she lives with her boyfriend of five years, Robbie.

Congratulations, Sarah, on this well-deserved promotion!
