Congratulations Megan Goettsche on her promotion to Senior Inside Sales Manager!
Megan began her AMP journey in January 2018 as a Digital Development Specialist. She quickly made her mark, selling four new OPTIMA™ customers in her first month and earning a promotion to Account Manager. Her early success was marked by determination—many of her first sales came late on Fridays when others were winding down. That drive continued as she consistently improved her renewal percentage and maintained a strong commitment to prospecting, leading to her promotion to Senior Account Manager.
By the end of 2018, Megan was recognized as a Top 10 Rookie and placed in the AMP Top 50. Over the years, she has continued to grow her personal sales skills as well as her leadership and training capabilities. She is a 3x Distinguished Sales Award Winner, a 4x Presidential Achievement Award Winner, and a 2x Inside Sales Manager of the Year, most recently honored at the start of 2025.
In 2023, Megan helped open a brand new Inside Sales office in Naperville alongside Alivia Ranieri, focused on growing AMP and helping our customers. Megan has had a big year—in addition to earning Inside Sales Manager of the Year, she also welcomed her first child, Liam, in April, and now steps into this newly created leadership role as Senior Inside Sales Manager, a milestone that reflects AMP’s continued growth in digital sales.
Megan was a foundational part of launching our OPTIMA™ Account Management and Inside Sales Team. She was one of the original team members in the first-ever Digital Inside Sales office, built in Schaumburg. Megan grew up in humble beginnings at AMP—before we had a CRM, renewal reports, OPTIMA™ add-ons, or even E-contracts. Back then, payments were scanned manually at the end of each day. OPTIMA™ would not be what it is today without Megan’s early leadership, adaptability, and grit.
Throughout her career, Megan has consistently led her team to exceed total budgeted objectives, NDR goals, and renewal rate targets. She has hired, trained, and developed some of the top sales representatives in the organization, including Inside Sales Rookie of the Year Mae Novakoski and Alivia Ranieri, both of whom play instrumental roles in our continued success. Megan also developed 2025 Presidential Achievement Award winners Lara Kolb and Alyssa Eitland, further demonstrating her ability to grow and mentor top talent.
In her new role, Megan will directly oversee her own team of OPTIMA™ Account Managers, while also focusing on leading and growing our leadership team, continuing to drive personal sales, and expanding our Inside Sales division. She will work closely with Taylor Vanscoyoc and also oversee Alivia Ranieri, Inside Sales Manager of our Naperville office.
