Emma joined AMP in June 2025 as a Business Development Representative. Just one month later, she transitioned into the Account Management Support Specialist role, where she quickly made an impact. By October, she had already secured 15 upsells, demonstrating her strong customer focus, work ethic, and ability to drive revenue.

Following that success, Emma was promoted to Account Manager, taking on her first renewal month in January. Since stepping into that role, she has continued to excel. Emma achieved her Super BARR for her February renewals and has consistently showcased exceptional performance, determination, and growth.

Today, Emma reached another huge milestone — she secured her 50th upsell. This accomplishment officially earns her the promotion to Senior Account Manager.
