Congratulations to Patrick Moore on his promotion to Assistant District Manager of St. Louis!

Patrick started with AMP in December 2024 and was an immediate contributor to Team St. Louis. In 2025, Patrick averaged $16,603 per month in total revenue, including more than $13K per month in OPTIMA™ and CloseBy® Text sales, and over 100 DUA for the year. As the year went on, Patrick stepped up to help train other team members, proving to be an outstanding side-by-side coach for the reps. His ability to build rapport and develop strong relationships with customers and within communities is one of his greatest strengths, rooted in his upbringing in a small town surrounded by family-owned businesses and close community ties.

Patrick comes from a retail background with many years of experience working throughout the region. He played college golf at Quincy University, where he studied marketing and met his lovely wife. Patrick and his wife have three young children who keep busy with sports and activities. Patrick enjoys coaching his two boys’ baseball teams, while noting that his 4-year-old daughter is the true boss in the Moore household. Patrick came to AMP looking for a company where he could build a career while remaining a hands-on, present dad. You’ll often find him making sure everyone is ready and off to school in the morning, before jumping on the team’s morning success call to share in recognition and motivation for the day ahead.

In his new role, Patrick will help grow the St. Louis metro team by training and developing sales reps from onboarding and beyond. He will also continue to be a strong contributor to the Northwest region through his personal sales efforts.
