Congratulations to Izzy Lee on her promotion to CloseBy® Text Account Manager!

Izzy joined AMP in June 2025 as an intern on our Inside Sales team during her junior year of college, and she quickly made her mark. She played a key role in developing social content for our +Social OPTIMA™ customers—many of the polished posts you see highlighting GSV Tours, customer testimonials, and strong brand presence were created by Izzy.

Beyond that, she jumped into multiple areas of the business, supporting recruiting efforts and assisting with website updates for our OPTIMA™ customers. Early in her career, Izzy has already gained hands-on experience across several facets of the organization, showing her willingness to learn and contribute wherever needed.

Over the past year, Izzy has worked closely with Courtney Lee in Inside Sales. Courtney shared: “Over the past year, Izzy has consistently shown she is detail oriented in her work, brings a creative approach to problem solving, and is a true team player who supports those around her.”

With her creativity and attention to detail, Izzy is stepping into her role as a dedicated Text Specialist for our Closeby® Text Marketing program. She will partner directly with our business owners, bringing fresh ideas, thoughtful recommendations, and strategies designed to drive real results—helping small businesses grow and bring more customers through their doors.

Outside of work Izzy enjoys reading, working out, spending time with her fiancé, trying new foods and traveling! We are so excited for this next chapter, Izzy.
