Congratulations to Jessica Arends on her promotion to Marketing Manager!

Jessica joined the Marketing team as a Marketing Assistant in 2022 after a year working with our Accounting Team. Her skills and responsibilities evolved and she was promoted to Marketing Coordinator in 2023, Marketing Team Lead in 2024, and now Marketing Manager. For her outstanding work in these roles, Jessica has been recognized as a Team Lead of the Year finalist, Marketing Employee of the Year, and Accounting & Admin Employee of the Year.

Jessica’s hard work and organization behind the scenes is what keeps our Marketing team on track. She’s the creative brains behind our monthly OPTIMA™ customer newsletters and is responsible for shaping AMP’s social media strategy. She knows our products inside and out, and will be a major contributor to our external marketing efforts moving forward.

As Marketing Manager, Jessica will oversee AMP’s Marketing team and continue working closely with leaders in Training, HR, Recruiting, Fulfillment, and Sales to ensure we are completing projects and exceeding our goals. She’ll help create more opportunities for connection between AMP team members through in-person and virtual team events, Life Development Programs, Appreciation Fest, Annual Meeting and more.
