We had an awesome third quarter at AMP. We set an all-time company record for total quarterly sales, broke a longstanding record in August for the largest four week sales month ever, and achieved our 50th consecutive month of growth over the same month prior year with our September performance. It feels good to be turning 27 years old as a business and to still be in the middle of a prolonged growth spurt!

I hugely enjoyed getting together in person for our first Digital Leadership Summit in September. With about a third of the company in attendance and leaders from across all teams coming together at NIU a few weeks ago, it was fun to size up the incredible progress we’ve made as a company over the past few years, and exciting to imagine together what we can become over the course of the next few years ahead of us. Great ideas and insights came from that time together, and it was valuable to seat leaders from different corners of the company at the same circular tables to share perspectives, experiences, and insights. That room at NIU was full of smart people and practical ideas!

As the last quarter of 2024 starts, we’re focused on several initiatives that are putting down the foundations for an AMP that will achieve accelerated growth in the months ahead — substantial product development to enhance and extend our OPTIMA™ services, a series of significant improvements to sales systems and our CRM, an overhaul of our enterprise data and accounting infrastructure, and the launch of several new geographic sales districts. Each of these qualifies on its own as a heavy lift at most businesses, so it feels very good to me as CEO that we’re able to take them on together, at the same time, at AMP.

It always feels like there’s a good urgency in the air this time of year, with the leaves turning colors and the crops coming down, and with frosty mornings and bright warm afternoons. I think we all feel that positive energy slight sense of good urgency at AMP right now. Let’s push ourselves to set a few more records in the final three months of 2024, and over the next three months, let’s also get ready for the biggest year of personal and business growth we’ve ever had when 2025 starts.
