CEO’s Corner – June 2026

It’s hard to believe we’re already closing in on the end of the fifth month of the year.

Between January and April, we achieved the highest volume of digital sales ever made in AMP’s history.

That is a huge accomplishment, and it reflects a lot of consistent, focused work across the company. Steady growth does not happen by accident. It takes commitment, hard work, attention to detail, and a real sense of ownership over our clients’ results. We are bringing those qualities to our work every day. It shows up in the success of our clients, in individual achievement and personal growth, and in the steady growth of the business. With just six weeks left in the second quarter as I write this update, we have a real opportunity to make Q2 a record-setting period as well.

Recently I helped host a series of leadership meetings across our Business Acquisition Team, Account Management Team, and Hiring Team. We met as three separate groups, but the agenda was the same in each meeting. We were meeting to discuss how to double the size of AMP over the next four years. We talked about the major industry trends that are creating tailwinds for that kind of growth. We discussed fixable bottlenecks and inefficiencies we still need to solve. We talked through the organizational gaps we need to fill, and the huge opportunities that are ahead of us.

What stood out to me most was the quality of the people in those rooms. Those meetings were filled with internally developed and promoted leaders who care deeply about customer results and team accomplishments. It was great to spend time with those serious, smart, positive, realistic groups of leaders, to talk about what the company will look like with twice as many customers, twice as much revenue, and a future org chart that today has only half the needed roles filled. I left those meetings motivated and energized about where we’re at as a team right now and what we will become over the next few years… and I left with a full CEO punch list of what we need to do to get there!

In my experience, big business breakthroughs are almost always preceded by months or years of steadiness, diligence, long hours, and good stewardship of customer results. That is the work we have been doing, and it shows in what we’re achieving. I’m excited about the season of growth we are stepping into, and grateful for the really good people I work with at AMP.
