AMP Presents Third Annual GSV Photographer Summit

We’ve hosted another exciting, informational, and successful Photographer Summit! Our GSV Fulfillment team hosted two remote Annual Photographer Summits in December. These events occurred over two days and were attended by our four regional teams of AMP’s Get Seen Virtually™ photographers. These summits were our third annual gathering for the photographers, which included exciting updates that occurred throughout the last year, refresher training, and many awards presented. Kayli Webster, GSV Logistics and Photographer Manager, hosted these events and was joined by multiple guest speakers who shared insight on the photographers’ impact on AMP.

The AMP Photography team is split up into four regions – Northcentral, Northwest, Southcentral, and Southeast – and is collectively comprised of 27 outstanding team members. To recognize all of their hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction, five awards were presented, each award had two recipients:

The GSV Superhero Award – selected by the stellar GSV Scheduling team and presented to a photographer who went above and beyond to assist customers over the last year.

Northern Regions Winner: Ed Wrenn

Southern Regions Winner: Kristen Wrenn

The GSV Evolver Award – presented to the individual that displayed the most growth in their abilities both in following process and technical photography skill.

Northern Regions Winner: Gerald King

Southern Regions Winner: Hunter Pla

The GSV Rookie of the Year Award – presented to the individual who has been an unstoppable force since their first training day and continues to display all the best attributes of an AMP GSV photographer.

Northern Regions Winner: Brittaney Harris-Cox

Southern Regions Winner: Meghan Daisley

The Best POI Award – submitted and voted by each region of photographers and presented to the photographer that received the most votes by their peers.

Northern Regions Winner: Derek Yurkiewicz

Southern Regions Winner: Beth Leitzke

The GSV Road Warrior Award – awarded to the individual that traveled the greatest number of miles per photoshoot on average.

Northern Regions Winner: Ed Wrenn

Southern Regions Winner: Kelly Hawthorne

In addition to the many awards presented, the Photographer Summits included a series of exciting office updates that have occurred in the last year, focusing on AMP’s initiative to expand GSV territories and the introduction of the Get Seen Virtually™ Interior Tours. Kelli Sullivan, GSV Scheduling and Fulfillment Manager, joined each session to share how her team has developed in the past year and to provide the photographers a greater understanding of the work the GSV Scheduling team engages in to ensure the GSV Calendar runs smoothly. Kelli also took this time to present the GSV Superhero Award to its recipients, Ed and Kristen.

With AMP Photographers located throughout 17 different states, the Photographer Summit is a great opportunity to gather the team in one place, which is often the only time they get to interact as a full team throughout the year. It was also a great occasion for all new and seasoned photographers to learn about some process changes and participate in refresher training to ensure we are providing quality, consistent imagery for our customers throughout our markets.

AMP’s Founder and CEO, Abe Andrzejewski, spoke during each session to share insight on the results of the photographers authentic, onsite images. Abe focused on our exciting transition to Get Seen Virtually™ Interior Tours, the longevity of the images they capture on Google and other platforms, and the impact their helpful and professional engagement with each customer has on a lasting relationship with AMP.

We are now looking ahead to 2025! With the largest team of AMP Photographers the company has ever had, we are presented with great opportunity to further showcase the spectacular results that extremely dedicated, exceedingly motivated, and highly professional AMP employees can produce!
