In our recent virtual workshop, Improve Your Resume with Practical Strategies, we connected with local community members through the Grow with Google program. The workshop was led by Nikki Bowman, AMP’s Director of Recruiting. With 12 years at AMP and more than 11 years of recruiting experience, Nikki brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people find fulfilling careers. She has also played an important role in bringing some of AMP’s top talent to the team. During the workshop, Nikki shared practical tips to help job seekers strengthen their resumes and make a positive first impression with potential employers.

A resume is often one of the first opportunities a candidate has to make an impression on a potential employer. During the workshop, participants learned how to create a clear, professional resume that communicates their qualifications and highlights the skills and accomplishments that set them apart.
